Snowy Day

We woke up to snow this morning. I'm not sure how much we're getting, but I do know my outdoor babies were scrounging for food. So, of course, I fed them. And gave Melody the cat a 'show' to watch.

BTW, Mike is doing great today. The pain from taking off that stupid bandage was not long-lasting, thank God.

Wow, another 17 inches

Yet another storm (I think it is number 6 or 7) hit the East Coast. We're about halfway to beating the record (75 inches in 1995) but that is one record that doesn't interest me at all. No thanks!

Mike is clearing out the driveway but I'm glad to say his office is closed today. Not sure if I'll have work tonight. I guess it depends on how well the driveway there gets plowed. I was already off on Tuesday.

See the Topsy-Turvy in the back of the bottom photo? In the summer, I have to reach up to pour water in it. I'm 5'2" tall. That puts the amount of snow in the back yard at nearly 3 feet.

Oh, yeah, it's a good day to stay home, watch TV and do some crafting.
